Over the past two decades, Aspen Aerogels has established a reputation for solving some of thermal insulation’s toughest challenges. We did not get here by sitting behind a desk crunching numbers or dabbling in the lab. Each member of the Technical Services team is well-versed in real-world applications and is ready to assist you by phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnostic Insulation Audit
No matter where you are in the world (including offshore platforms), our Technical Services team can visit your facility to diagnose and mitigate your challenge. In addition to a visual inspection during a unit walkthrough, we can also perform a thermographic analysis to discover failure points in your insulation system.
Customized Thickness Tables
There is no one-size-fits-all solution to insulation. That is why we do not list generic thickness tables on our website. If you are interested in using Pyrogel® or Cryogel® for your upcoming project, contact Technical Services to create custom thickness tables for your application.
Specification Support
Writing specifications can be tedious, so we have developed specification guidelines that contain detailed drawings and instructions for installing our aerogel solutions on complex geometry as well as guidance on accessories and metal jacketing. Contractor Training
With more than 50 years of combined professional installation experience, our team of insulator trainers will travel anywhere in the world for on-the-job training. Each 2-hour training session covers best practices of installing Pyrogel and Cryogel aerogel insulation, hands-on exercises, as well as a rigorous Q&A. Virtual training courses are also available by request.
