A 78.2-ft × 126-in amine still had a hard weight budget on its foundation pad. Pyrogel® XTE and XTF replaced calcium silicate and Pyrocrete®, cutting 6,000 lb of installed weight with equivalent thermal and PFP performance — and completing 10 days ahead of schedule.

Civil work avoided. Schedule beaten by 10 days.
The lighter Pyrogel® package eliminated the planned foundation-pad upgrade — and the speed of installation closed out the full insulation scope 10 days ahead of plan, with only four insulators working 8-hour shifts.
